Rahul Gandhis Airplane Unable to Land Varanasi, Controvarcy Erupts

A Congress leader has claimed that Rahul Gandhi's airplane was denied authorization to land at the field also late Monday night, a charge denied by the field authorities. senior Congress leader Ajay Rai on Tuesday contended that Gandhi's airplane was listed to land at the Babat field also on his return from Wayanad in Kerala.  

 Rai said he and other party leaders were at the field to admit their leader but his airplane was not allowed to land" at the last minute." Gandhi also returned to the public capital.

 still, Varanasi field director Aryama Sanyal denied the allegation that they had refused authorization for Gandhi's airplane to land.

 The air business controller was told that the plan to land at the field has been canceled, Sanyal said.

 " The flight was canceled by M/ S AR Airways by transferring and dispatch to AAI Varanasi Airport at 2116 hrs on 13th Feb. Please correct your statement as the flight was canceled by the motorist", a tweet from Varanasi Airport said.

 The former Congress chief was listed to visit Prayagraj for a function at the Kamla Nehru Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, Rai said.
