Mumbais Worli Area Sells the Most Expensive Penthouse in India at Rs 240 Cores

In Mumbai, an extension has been sold for Rs 240 crore. The apartment complex is deposited in the Worli area. Welson group chairman BK Goenka has bought the flat at a whopping price. The name of the double halls is Three Sixty West. extension is located on the 63rd, 64th and 65th storeys. The size of the extension is 30000 square- bottom.
The luxury design
Three Sixty West sold this triad in what is one of the most precious deals. The
deal was finalized on Wednesday. The industrialist is planning to live in the
extension.
Another extension in the conterminous structure has been bought for Rs 24- crore. Builder Vikas Oberoi has bought the luxury flat. Oberoi has bought the house via his company, RS Estates Private Limited.
Last week,
Oberoi Realty told BSE and NSE that they have bought Three-Sixty West for
Rs 4000 crore. This includes 63 apartments. The land area of the acquired
apartments is 5.25 lakh square bottom.

The design
entails two halls-- one will be a domestic design, and the other will house the
Ritz- Carlton Hotel.
It's an ocean-facing property.
" An

other," the group said.
Real estate
critic Pankaj Kapoor told NBT that it's the most precious apartment ever sold
in India.
