Twitter users have taken notice of Jet Airlines CEO Sanjiv Kapoor's tweets blasting Vodafone Idea for their "poor coverage" and persistent calls from their customer care department. In his tweets, Mr. Kapoor highlighted his dissatisfaction with the phone provider and stated that, after nine years, he had chosen to transfer to a different service due to their inadequate coverage in some areas of the nation and subpar international roaming options.

Vodafone Idea acted in the exact opposite way when Mr. Kapoor urged them to cease making the repeated calls and complained about them. In response to his tweet, they called Mr. Kapoor again and promised to speak with him about his problem. Mr. Kapoor complained that the customer service staff kept phoning him despite his request for them to cease, calling it "unacceptable and ludicrous."

Several Twitter users who have had a similar problem with the phone carrier have responded to Mr. Kapoor's comments. After utilizing Vodafone Idea's services for 17 years, one consumer complained that their issue has not been handled for two weeks, while another stated that they had transferred to another carrier.

The problem emphasizes how crucial high-quality service and helpful customer care are in the fiercely competitive telecom sector. Phone carriers must move quickly to answer consumer problems and make sure their customers are happy as more and more customers are sharing their experiences on social media sites like Twitter.
