According to a new study published in the journal JAMA Psychiatry, people who engage in advanced situations of physical exertion are less likely to develop depression. The study anatomized data from over 250,000 grown-ups in the UK Biobank database and set up that people who engaged in at least 150 twinkles of moderate-intensity physical exertion or 75 twinkles of vigorous-intensity physical exertion per week had a lower threat of depression than those who didn't meet these guidelines.
